I stayed at Sawtelle Mountain Resort, and overall, it was a decent experience. The newly renovated room was spacious and had a beautiful view, but I had quite a few noisy neighbors, which made it a bit less enjoyable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient for starting the day, though I wish there were more variety. I appreciated the clean atmosphere, but the location near Yellowstone is definitely the real gem.

However, the noise from upstairs guests and some issues with internet speed detracted from our experience a bit. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those visiting Yellowstone, but the lack of soundproofing was disappointing.

My stay had its ups and downs, as the hotel featured impeccably clean rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I had some frustrations with the breakfast service, which was quite limited and managed by a single, overwhelmed staff member. Additionally, while the location was decent for exploring the area, it felt a bit distant from Yellowstone. I appreciated the well-stocked facilities but encountered some difficulties with the late management response to requests.
